A- Hospitality Homes Ltd can provide custom site-built, panelized, modular and mini homes for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, P.E.I., Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and in the United States, New Hampshire and Maine. 

Q- What do you build?

A- Hospitality Homes builds custom mini, modular and panelized homes ranging in size from cozy 800sq ft to spacious 3,000sq ft and larger.  We can also incorporate panelized hybrid designs for those portions of a project that can not be completed and shipped in our Woodstock facility when choosing a modular home.  We also offer a wide range of commercial building possibilities specific to the clients needs. 

If it's made with wood, we can find the best way to build it for you.

Q- Do you sell turn-key homes? What exactly is included?

A- Hospitality Homes Ltd sells through both regional sales centers, our network of experienced builders, and direct from the factory. The builders offer varying packages of completion, while factory direct sales offer turn-key home packages.

     Our turn-key package includes all necessary elements for the construction of your brand new home.  We look after all phases of construction including: excavation, foundation, water and sewer, all components of the house, garage, decks, porches and steps.  Plumbing and electrical hook-ups to municipal infrastructure, waste disposal, permits and a professional cleaning can all be included in the packages we offer.

Q- What are your business hours and when can I make an appointment?

A- Our Hospitality Homes office is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, but a sales representative is always available to meet you at your convenience. Contact us any time for an appointment.  If you are building a home with Hospitality Homes, you are welcomed to make an appointment to view your home at various stages of construction.
