A- Hospitality Homes Ltd builds for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, P.E.I., New Hampshire, and Maine.  We also have an affiliate builder in Newfoundland & Labrador.

Q- What do we build?

A- Hospitality Homes builds custom modular homes ranging in size from cozy 800sq ft to spacious 3,000sq ft and larger.  We incorporate panelized hybrid designs for those portions of a project that can not be completed and shipped in our Woodstock facility.  We also offer a wide range of commercial building possibilities specific to the clients needs.

Q- Do we sell turnkey homes? What exactly is included?

A- Hospitality Homes Ltd sells through both regional sales centers (our network of experienced builders) and direct from the factory. The builder's offer varying packages of completion while factory direct sales are turn key homes. Our turn key package includes all necessary elements for the construction of your brand new home.  We look after all phases of construction including: excavation, foundation, water and sewer, all components of the house, garage, decks, porches and steps.  
Plumbing and electrical hook-ups to municipal infrastructure, waste disposal, permits and a professional cleaning can all be included in the packages we offer.
