What are Panelized Homes, you may ask?  And how is a Panelized Home different from a traditional stick built home?

A Panelized Home is classified as a home that is constructed from pre-manufactured elements and put together on site by a contractor.

At Hospitality Homes, we manufacture these items, such as floors, roof systems and wall panels - both interior and exterior walls, inside our cimate controlled manufacturing facility.  Once these portions have been built at Hospitality Homes, they are packed on to a truck and shipped to the construction site, where a site crew begins construction.

 This style of construction can improve the process of a site-built home dramatically.  Projects can be assembled in days instead of weeks.  Once the exterior shell of the home has been completed, the interior trades are free to move in and being their portions.  You are able to lock the door on your construction site, all the while leaving you with a weather-tight home.

 Some homes can even have portions of both modular and panelized construction, depending on the home plan that you have chosen.
